Establishing Care
It is intended to include a comprehensive review of your previous medical history. If indicated, that may include blood work or even other testing.
Patient Consultation
This is your first appointment with one of our providers to explain a particular problem, such as nourishment.
Same Day Appointment
This appointment is for a new problem or a dramatic shift in your health that you believe needs to be assessed as soon as possible, such as if you started having burning and physical discomfort while urinating or if you have an acute sore throat.

Annual Physical Exams
This evaluation is usually done once a year and serves as an opportunity to provide regular preventive services. During your visit, your doctor may evaluate your general health and order any age-related screening tests and immunizations that you may necessitate.
Non-Urgent Appointments
This type of initial consultation is for any new, non-urgent health problem, such as chronic knee pain or a rash that has remained for several weeks.
